Underground was a Flemish monthly with a focus on literature, movies, music, and the arts. This issue is of special interest because it contains some of the earliest black and white photographs of Elke Andreas Boon and an early version ('Joelieja') of Dimitri Verhulst's short story 'Sketches of Spain' that appeared in his 1999 short story collection, De kamer hiernaast.
