Le Magazine littéraire was a renowned French literary magazine created by Guy Sitbon and published monthly since 1966. It aimed to be the "journal of books and writers." Renamed Le Nouveau Magazine littéraire in 2017, it was acquired by its competitor Lire in 2020, leading to the formation of a new entity, Lire-Le Magazine littéraire. The magazine underwent ownership changes over the years. Le magazine littéraire was famous for its renowned and very well-researched dossiers on a diversity of topics and themes.
